Refund policy
At Diggidy Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we make the process simple and straightforward. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your options and our procedures.
Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

If you received a wrong item or a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately.
Damaged Packages:
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
Return Costs
For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. Products must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want it. A 30% service charge will apply. The customer bears the full return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the item passes inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Method
- Contact Us: Email info@diggidy-dog.com with your order number in subject line and reason for the return in the eMail.
- Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories (if any) and tags.
- Send It Back: Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the prepaid return label.

Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.
If you have misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.
Restocking Fee
Our restocking fee is $0 - we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, contact us with your order number using the information below, and we will process a quick exchange.
