Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States of America. We currently do not ship outside the USA.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders:
- Order cutoff time: 02:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: We process orders within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 4–7 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: The total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Carrier Services
We partner with the following reliable carriers for deliveries within the United States: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You get a tracking ID within 24 hours of placing your order at your registered eMail address.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
In the event of a lost package, please contact our customer service immediately to assist with locating or replacing your order.
